Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing property sales. You’ll work closely with buyers, sellers, and developers to match clients with the right properties and guide them through the complete sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing activities. Maintain an updated database of available properties and market trends. Conduct property tours and explain features, benefits, and pricing to clients. Negotiate deals and prepare necessary documents to finalize sales. Provide excellent after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field (preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and meet targets. Good knowledge of the local property market. Own vehicle and valid driving license (preferred).
